1. LEGAL STATUS AND GOVERNING LAW

New Malued Ltd is an International Business Company (IBC) incorporated under the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis. All services, digital platforms, and contractual relationships are governed by the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis. By accessing our services, the Client expressly submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Saint Kitts and Nevis for any dispute resolution.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

New Malued Ltd provides a global ecosystem of high-end financial and strategic services, including:

Strategic Investment Advisory: Access to diversified portfolios and alternative asset classes.
Global Transaction Facilitation: Multi-currency management (including QAR and AED) via institutional partners.
Luxury Asset Management: Sourcing and management of Prime Real Estate and High-End Automotive assets through its UK-based subsidiary, Gemeb.
Fiduciary Representation: Strategic protection and management of corporate and private interests with absolute confidentiality.

3. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE (KYC & AML)

As a private investment entity, New Malued Ltd strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) international standards.

Clients are required to provide verifiable identification and proof of the legal origin of funds.
The Company reserves the right to refuse services or terminate relationships if compliance standards are not met or if suspicious activity is detected.

4. FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER AND RISK DISCLOSURE

No Advisory Warranty: Information provided by New Malued Ltd is for informational purposes and does not constitute formal financial, legal, or tax advice.
Investment Risk: All investments involve inherent risks. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. The Client acknowledges that the value of assets (Real Estate, Private Equity, Commodities) may fluctuate.
Third-Party Institutions: While we collaborate with top-tier partners (e.g., Hamilton Reserve Bank, BNY Mellon), New Malued Ltd is not responsible for the independent operational failures or regulatory changes of these third-party financial institutions.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

The Company handles personal and financial data with the highest level of security.

Data Usage: Data is used solely for service execution, compliance, and internal administration.
Confidentiality: We implement rigorous non-disclosure protocols. Client data will never be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties, except when mandated by the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis or international tax transparency agreements (CRS/FATCA).

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to logos, strategic models, website text, and proprietary analysis, is the exclusive property of New Malued Ltd. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under international copyright laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Malued Ltd, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from:

Market volatility or investment performance.
Unauthorized access to client data due to client negligence.
Force Majeure events or disruptions in global banking infrastructures.

8. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

New Malued Ltd reserves the right to amend these Global Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website and shall be effective immediately. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
