ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS DISCLOSURE

NEW MALUED LTD – INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS COMPANY

By utilizing our digital platforms, engaging in email correspondence, or receiving electronic documents from New Malued Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding electronic communications.

1. Nature of Electronic Communications

Electronic mail (email), instant messaging, and web-based portals are not inherently secure environments. Communications sent via the internet may be intercepted, lost, destroyed, arrive late, or contain viruses. While New Malued Ltd employs advanced encryption and security protocols, we cannot guarantee the 100% security or integrity of any electronic transmission.

2. No Liability for Digital Transmission Errors

New Malued Ltd, its subsidiaries (including Gemeb), and its partners shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the content of our electronic communications which arise as a result of digital transmission. We are not responsible for any damage to your hardware or software resulting from viruses or malicious code transmitted via email or digital files.

3. Verification of Sensitive Instructions

To protect against Business Email Compromise (BEC) and wire fraud:

Financial Instructions: New Malued Ltd will never request changes to banking details or initiate urgent wire transfers solely via email.
Confirmation Protocol: Any change in payment instructions must be verified through a secondary, "out-of-band" communication channel (e.g., a direct phone call to our verified number: +1 (869) 469-5500).

4. Electronic Signatures and Consent

In accordance with international standards for electronic transactions, you agree that:

Your electronic signature on contracts, mandates, and NDAs carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.
Delivery of account statements, legal notices, and investment reports via email satisfies any legal requirement for "written" communication.

5. Recording of Communications

To ensure accuracy of instructions and for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC regulations, New Malued Ltd reserves the right to record, monitor, and archive all electronic communications (emails, calls, and messages) between our staff and our clients/partners.
